Today is goes completely without saying that as one of our customers you can get a guaranty of 36 months for vehicles. Please read the information below on what comprises the guarantee in detail and under which conditions a guarantee is granted.


Racimax Guarantee *
- 5 year guarantee on Racimax software

- Vehicles (older than 2 years) On the date of the initial registration, all new vehicles receive a guarantee of 24 months to 100,000 km! The guarantee ends when a total mileage of 100,000 km is reached since initial registration. The guarantee also ends 24 months after initial registration of the passenger vehicle. Used vehicles receive a guarantee of 12 months after installation of the unit (chip/control unit), however the maximum is to mileage of100,000 km or the vehicle reaches 24 months of age after initial registration. The guarantee agreement is concluded on the date the chip tuning occurs.

- Guarantee terms: TÜV* acceptance, total mileage in kilometres being less than 60,000 km on the tuning date and conclusion of the Racimax guarantee agreement on the date of tuning.


EXTENDED Guarantee*
- Racimax would not be Racimax if we had not thought about an alternative or extending the Racimax guarantee!

- In conjunction with the company Fragus Warranty Group, we have prepared an extended guarantee offer which also covers vehicles up to 5 years of age and mileage of no more than 60,000 km.

The guarantee begins with the installation / modification of the control unit and ends when the stipulated guarantee period has expired or the vehicle has driven 100,000 km.
