When developing Racimax products, we put our stock not only in the know-how of our own developers and engineers but also on collaboration with the trained experts of the emissions lab (TÜV Nord). The use of the newest technologies is just as much a matter of course for Racimax as the use of professional performance test stations.

Here it is the concept of Racimax to achieve optimal performance behaviour with a quiet motor taking into account the applicable emissions standards. Here a performance test station can be helpful in accelerating the development.


Due to the platform structure with many manufacturers, we must have compared the tuning products in the emissions lab and on the performance test station for several models and engine versions.

A 1.9 TDi 131 bhp motor from an Audi A3 will not behave differently during tuning that its twin from the VW Golf 3 or Seat Leon.

In order to ensure that our customers our not buying a pig in a poke, we are always submitting vehicles to newspaper tests and to television. Here the vehicles are given very thorough tests. In the last 15 years, Racimax was certified as having very good quality & performance.

For the eternal sceptics, Racimax also offers to opportunity to use the external, independent performance test station of one of our technology partners. Here in the before/after measurement process first the deviation from the serial model performance is measured and then the improved performance through CHIP tuning is documented. This measurement method offers the best possible security but due to the time involved and the HighTec performance test stations used, an additional 299.00 € is added for the additional costs.
