The fuel consumption of diesel and petrol engines is reduced by 5 to 25%, giving economical driving right away and in the long term. New cars have a program intended to function in many countries with varying petrol quality and octane ratings. At Racimax we carry out fine tuning and adjust the program for Swedish and Nordic conditions.

Racimax adjusts the programs for petrol engines for 98 octane fuel. Lower consumption and more efficient combustion compensate for the somewhat higher price of high octane fuel.


Example:
If your car consumes 1.0 litre to travel 10 km you can reduce your fuel consumption to about 0.85 litres/10 km. That’s a saving of around SKr 3,000 if you drive 20,000 km. And apart from this you protect the environment by reducing your emissions.
